SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE_guardian doodle supplement

I saved this supplement from the Guardian from almost two years ago now! And i'm glad i did. Its essentially a collection of activities aimed at office workers to 'waste time at work'. The booklet is actually supported with an article supporting the benefits of doodling and other creative practices, which supposedly stimulate as well as relax the mind. I like the humorous tone of the activities and the idea that it encourages people to be creative. I like the idea of perhaps producing an activities book/pack to encourage the new graphics students to loosen up their mind, and not be afraid to experiment. Perhaps making the product interactive, relaxed, and slightly silly in this way would make it more approachable and appealing.
